The story of Dawnguard involves the return of a Volkihar vampire lord named Harkon, who seeks to end the tyranny of the sun. Harkon intends to use the power in the ancient Elder Scrolls to accomplish his goal, while an order of vampire hunters known as the Dawnguard seek to stop him.

This DLC reminds me of one of the DLC packages you can buy for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, which also focuses heavily on vampires. I've also heard that it adds like 20 or 30 hours of game play to the game, so if that's the case, it seems like a pretty good deal to me for 1600 Microsoft Points. We haven't bought it yet, but we will soon.

Speaking of points, I need to stock up on some of mine, I always tend to forget about it. As for the game its one I am still looking into playing. I have read up a ton but never gotten around to actually getting settled in with it.
