Original Xbox Help with original xbox HD component cable please!

Hello,

I bought a cheap component cable and it didn't work. Then I bought the Joytech AV pack and it didn't work either. I then brought my xbox and both cables to my neighbor's TV and tried it on her component connections and still no luck. In all scenarios the outcome is "No Signal" from the TV. Yes I checked all the obvious things like correct wiring and the source input of the TV. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

You might have just bought a cheap cable. Try the same cable on a different Xbox if you can and see if it works. If the problem persists, just buy a better cable.
