Hello lovely xbox community!
I just set up an xbox account for my son and made the rookie mistake of adding his age instead of mine! I'm from New Zealand and i somehow managed to get my billing details sorted enough that they charged me to confirm my adult status and we got it going okay. But we tried to add a new gamer tag for me and now when i log in I'm getting the same confirming age page all over again. This time the billing details have a static field for the US only and i can't re add my details as I'm not in the US.
Has anybody got any pearls of wisdom for dealing with microsoft or a clever work around? I'm sick of playing as guest and I'd love to get some games of my own to play that aren't for a ten year old!
