My Xbox Live account was recently wrongly Permanently suspended by the enforcement team. At the time I had no details on why I was suspended and therefore couldn't properly defend myself in my case review. I have not been able to make any progress with the Microsoft Support Team. I had done nothing wrong on my account and was permanently suspended, I have not been able to contact a member of the enforcement team and I do not know why. This is so unfair that I cannot continue to do the thing that I love and play online with my friends. I strongly wish that a member of the enforcement team sees this or a representative of Microsoft so that I can get this resolved.

Hey dude. Sorry about the unfortunate situation for you. Hopefully you didnt have 10 years or so invested into that account. This is a fan forum, though.
