You mean add more to backcompat? One reason is some games have an expired license like some racing, sports games and TV / movie-based games. Another reason some were not able to be made BC, is because Microsoft needs an agreement with the publishers to do so. Not all publishers want their games to be BC for example.

I agree but it's up to Microsoft and the publishers of the games. Microsoft said they tried their best and gave up on adding more game to BC.
