you need to go to
setting
edit my profile
2nd box from the bottom.... xbox gamertag
you need to fill that out and save it..
reamember it dosn't directly tie to the xb1 it will post your gamercard (mine is s145gonewide) you can see my 360 games and my gamerscore but it dosnt translate to xb1...
hope it helps post up if it dosn't i will try and trouble shoot it on mine for you.
