Xbox One ac4 black flag map

I wonder if you will be able to go overland in some areas like Cuba and maybe Jamaica. Though I really doubt it, the whole game is based on ships so I would be surprised if you could. Though it would be cool if you could explore the forests of the islands.
 
ive herd talks of their are island with nothing on them.. you can also free world ship/venture... but i am sure more will be announced as it gets closer... im sure more trailers were hit web.
