Xbox 360 Are the XBOX 360 Multiplayer achievements still obtainable for Tomb Raider (2013)

I was wondering if the Multiplayer achievements for the XBOX 360 version of Tomb Raider (2013) still obtainable now that the XBOX Live Marketplace has shutdown as the multiplayer achievements are all I need for the completion of the game.
