Batman: Arkham Origins Multiplayer Skipping Wii U - IGN

Some grim news has just been announced for Wii U owners who are looking to purchase the upcoming Batman game, Batman: Arkham Origins as developer WB interactive has confirmed that the Wii U version will not contain online multiplayer. This is definitely a blow to Wii U owners as all other platforms will receive online gameplay but the Wii U version will still cost the exact same price.

That's a very weird removal of a feature, but I'd guess it's because Nintendo's online structure doesn't allow them to have the online they planned.
