Xbox One Black screen after a minute on insignia

I turn on my xbox one. The screen says insignia and goes to menu. After a minute the screen goes black. I still have sound but no picture. I can turn off the tv and turn it back on and itll work again for afew seconds then black again. Its not the hdmi cord and when i changed to a different port itd do the same thing. Only xbox one my other devices work no problem but not the xbox one? I have an insignia 50 inch tv. Changed to my rca and everythings fine. Just started tonight? Help please!
