Xbox One Blank App on the Xbox One

So I was perusing some of my games/apps when I found an app with both no name and no picture. When I selected file info, I got 65307831-308b-4f1b-bb57-8b10e748da82 along with some other info such as content id among other stuff.

Does anyone know what this is exactly?
