Xbox 360 Borderlands 2: Mr. Torgues Campaign of Carnage Preview

Next week, Mr. Torgues Campaign of Carnage is going to the be the second piece of DLC released for Borderlands 2. If all the information is correct, it looks like this will be similar to the Mad Moxxi add-on from the first game. Also, according to G4TV this expansion looks to add at least 5 hours content. Overall, I was very pleased with the first DLC for this game, and this looks as though it will be worth the money as well. If you haven't bought the Pirate DLC yet consider purchasing the season-pass.

If there's one theme that I see developing in Borderlands 2's DLC offerings, it's diversity. The Captain Scarlett DLC was a finely executed and novel introduction of pirates to the franchise, and while developer Gearbox Software could have followed that up with vampires, ninjas, minotaurs, etc., their next DLC, Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage, goes in a notably different direction. It's a direction that will surely please those who come to Borderlands 2 strictly for the gunplay.
