Unsure how common this issue currently is but I've been trying for past week with no results. If I attempt to download my profile onto the 360. Wheter it be backwards compatible on the Series X, or an actual 360. After my login info it says there is an error with my credentials. I have since attempted:
Re enterting info multiple times
Turning on two-factor authenticate and using an app password
Turning off two-factor
Changing the password
Xbox's ai chatbot support
Calling customer service directly
Clearing my cache of everything
I don't know what else to do
