Xbox One Capture system is WACK

So, with the new gamertag system that Microsoft provided us with, everyone was allowed to one free name change, without altering any other parts of our accounts. But, when you change your name, all of your captures that were linked to that old gamertag are lost in the depths of Xbox Live. I believe that we should be able to retain those captures, either by backing them up to the console or linking them to the email address.
