Xbox 360 Cooling fan alternative

I'm sure that most of you are annoyed by the cooling fan, especially because of the noise it makes. Have you ever thought of or found an alternative to this cooler? Something noiseless, which can keep the console cool.

I don't think there is an alternative; otherwise the alternative would be in the Xbox consoles instead of the cooling fans that are in there now. Computers use cooling fans, too, so I'm sure that if there was a noiseless alternative, Microsoft would have been all over it!
