Xbox One Does Anyone Else "Simulate" Playoff Games in 2K?

Considering Game 1 of Warriors vs. Cavaliers is tonight, I had a question come to mind. Does anyone else like to simulate important games in 2K? For example, in 2K, you might play Warriors vs. Cavs because that's a real game that is very important. I know I do this for sure, especially with my home teams. I also do this in FIFA with like the Champion's League and other big games.

So am I weird for doing this, or is this a behavior that a lot of people do?

PS: Warriors are winning the series in Game 7.

I've sometimes simulated the games on the console that are being played in real life, making sure that the team rosters are the same aswell, but I wouldn't have too much confidence in the outcomes being the same.

I wouldn't watch the simulation of the game, and then go rushing out to put a bet on the outcome of the real thing anyway, put it that way!
