Xbox One Does anyone know a bit about the gameplay for Sunset Overdrive yet?

I remember watching E3 for the XB1. I wasn't really interested in most of their offerings with the exception of this game. The concept that the trailer showed off got me really interested in the game. An educated guess can probably tell us the premise of the game. But I'd rather have concrete facts rather than my own assumptions. So does anyone know a bit about the gameplay? Even a video or picture would be nice.
