Falsely reported my friend on Xbox live

For xbox enforcement team, i falsely reported my friend gamertag BigMoneyRobert, And he is now banned. I would like to know if you can please help lift his banned for my false accusation.

I think it would take longer for them to unban them than to just serve the suspension. If it's his first time it will only be for 48 hours
