Hello everyone! Me and a friend have written this letter to Microsoft, and we would love to have the full support from the Xbox 360 community. Anyone can also add to their experiences or solutions! We want to be heard!
Here it is:
Dear Microsoft,
The Xbox 360 community has been experiencing many technical difficulties due to platforms being slowed down or terminated. We the Xbox 360 community would like to share our thoughts/resolutions with you about how to fix these online problems, or we can also offer you ways for us to fix these problems ourselves. We have many examples of individual communities/clans that have had highly negative experiences with the online servers. Here’s a few large communities that are highly affected, Grand Theft Auto V, Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition, Call of Duty, as well as Halo.
The community is still spending countless amounts of high dollars on DLC content, games, Map Packs, In-Game content, and indie games that are on the marketplace. The community has found it to be quite infuriating that we are still spending these high dollar amounts on online content for the Xbox 360 and the content still remains to be slow, always disconnecting, lagging/glitching and they are still the same price. Also, there are many games that are going offline, or game servers that are being shut down, one of the solutions we have to fix these problems, is to either fix/update them yourselves OR for you to allow the Xbox 360 community to pay or fix these problems for ourselves…
The Xbox 360 community is still alive and strong to this day, and we would really hate to be left behind in all this. The Xbox 360 community still has a passion for gaming on this console, and we still have joy and love for all these games, and we hate to see all the platforms go even though we still have many enthusiastic gamers.
