I am new to Zumba and some of the moves on the Zumba Fitness Rush are really hard to learn. I tried to just dive into the routines since I am a pretty good dancer but it seems like I am going to have to go back and try the tutorials first.

Diva - I know what you mean. I had a hard time with my Zumba game when I first bought it, too. I found it got easier with practice, especially after I had been through the tutorials a few times. Good luck and stick with it! Once you get the moves down, it's really fun. :)

Yeah, Zumba isn't something you can handle perfectly the moment they start. That's why the even literally have beginner classes of it a their own Zumba fitness classes.

Yeah, I haven't tried Zumba...I know that I have absolutely NO rhythm, so I think I'll stick to my Your Shape Fitness Evolved and my trusty elliptical and treadmill ;)

I have taken many Zumba classes so this game was pretty simple to me. I had to play it a couple of times before I learned all the moves. I love it! Seriously after playing it for 10 minutes or so I am already solid sweat! Don't give up! If you have not ever taken a class then you want to start with the tutorials.

I did not have a hard time with this one either. They have great tutorials so just watch them if you get lost. I think they define the moves really great. I had a hard time keeping up in the beginning but now I do great.

Hmmm I like the idea of working up a sweat while having fun.. But I need a game that doesn't make me feel awkward playing it, which could be next to impossible?

They need a "Rocky Workout Master 9000" or something where they can sneak in all the exercises as they relate to beating people up? ;)

How long would y'all say it would take a beginner to get comfortable with this game? What exactly are the tutorials? I was thinking of getting this for my wife, but she's not used to Zumba, so now I'm not sure if I should.

I was not achieving enough gamer points on the xbox, so this makes sure we both get our daily dose of exercise and I maintain my geek cred.
