Xbox One Has anyone got stuck on updating new content on NBA 2k14?

When I want to play the game it tells me to start. After about half an hour it saves the settings and then gives a message "loading custom shoe data, please do not turn off XBox 360 console". This message stays on the screen and although I have tried to turn it off it doesn't seem to work. I also unplugged the system but the issue just repeats itself.

Any one knows a solution to this problem?
