My brother did some stupid stuff using my account without my knowledge since I haven’t been gaming at all lately, too busy with work. I get an email that my account has been perma banned. Enforcement is no help, customer support is no help. Being punished for something I didn’t even do. He no longer lives with me, just stayed while he was out of work. How the heck do I get reinstated? Or am I just screwed? I sure as hell can’t afford a new console right now. Or does that even matter, can’t they see your IP address even if you create a new account?
