So am new to Xbox, was always a PlayStation guy, but I got my daughter an Xbox coz she loves Roblox.
so I set up an Xbox account and put her on under family settings coz she is young and I wanna keep an eye on what she doing etc. But every time I try to log into her profile on Xbox account it comes up with error to go to some Xbox site. nothing on the website is useful, nearly no support or indicators to tell me how to get her profile working and zero ways to actually speak to a human to help either.
There is no error code to narrow down the problem, I'm totally stumped as to how to fix it.
Does anyone know what I can do to sort this out?
