Hi,
Just pruchased Xbox 1 s.
I've plugged it in and got the TV to recognise it. Also the Controller is working.
Its now trying to resolve the internet connection.
I put a wired connection around my house this morning and into my 16 port Dlink Hub, which in turn is connected to my Virginmedia Hub 3.
The internet is working for all my Pc's and wireless items around the house.
When the xbox tries to verify the internet connection, it fails.
Am I missing something here any body to help please.
Also if replying please tlak to me as thought I am a complete imbecile as all the techno jargon goes right over my head.
