Husband bought MS flight Sim for 80 bucks, made an Xbox Live account, played for a day and a half and is now locked out of his account for some "terms of service violation", that's all the info he's given, and since he has no cell phone he can't get any help from MS. He did nothing but fly around in the game he paid 80 bucks for, he's been given no information about what his alleged "offense" was, unless it's being too poor for a cell phone.
Trying to contact anyone about this has been hell. I tried to call, they sent me to the website. The website needs a cell phone number to proceed. My husband is disabled, and we're not able to HAVE a cell phone. There is NO WAY to contact someone if you can't afford a cell phone.
