my cat is about a year old and its supposed to get to normal size but it is still only a few inches tall and looks like a kitten!

Pics! I was looking at puppies and I've always wondered how cool it would be if they stayed that size. You could carry them anywhere! They'd be like a real life Pokemon ahaha!
