I lost my 360 account, and don't remember the password, but cannot change the password.

I had forgotten the password to my account "Legoshifour" and have tried for a year or so on and off to get it back, to no avail. It is apparently because the email associated with the account is Hotmail, which makes the verification to change my password extremely, needlessly complicated. Asking for things I can't do no matter what, ex: "What are the exact subject lines of emails you've sent and received?" I don't send emails on that email, AND, that email was lost to an old phone's charger port breaking, so dead end Someone help please? There's a game or two on that account I don't want to lose.
