Is it possible to play an xbox one game and video chat at the same time. Because when they unveiled the xbox one. The showed it possible. But I cant work out how.

Not currently possible. Sorry.
 
Tried tweaking my Xbox One, well I don't see any feature related to it. Probably they will have this soon. Might still be on the works.
