After getting to 5 strikes on xbox i didn’t appeal any if the messages because it was my fault but after a few days i got a whole year ban with 8 strikes for no reason so i appealed it because i had been reported for the exact same message that got me to 5 strikes but the appeal got approved so a few days go by and a get a year ban again for the EXACT same message which i only ever typed once i talked to one of the employees and said they couldn't do anything. I need help
