Xbox 360 Kinect Mic

Is anyone else kind of annoyed that the Kinect mic is automatically always on when you play online (unless you turn it off manually, of course)? Talk about an invasion of privacy for those who are used to pushing a button!

I don't really play online so I personally don't mind. I don't own one yet but when I visit my friends who have it we only play amongst ourselves. It's much more fun than with strangers.

I turn it off (or turn it down) anyway. I rarely go live so it's not a big problem for me but when I do I do take care of this. You kind of need it though, so if there's something you are not comfortable with just.. don't play online anymore
