My Xbox account got banned

My account got hacked 4/23/2022 and I got back into it 7/20/1023 but when I tried to login to it on Xbox, it was indefinitely suspended. I tried to send an appeal but there was no option to. I contacted Microsoft support and they said the only thing I could do was submit a forum.

I don't know what submitting a forum means, but this is a user forum. No one can unban your account here.

I was told it's monitored by Xbox Enforcement team. I've attempted to send emails after emails with no success. No clue why they make it virtually almost impossible to correct this issue.

Ah, they probably meant the forums at microsoft.com then. That's where the old official Xbox forums were folded into back in 2018. Our site is a gamer-run forum.
