Xbox One My Xbox One has a problem reading discs

So I recently got a few games for the holiday season and even before this i've had problems. Most of the time it doesn't read the discs but that's because it's getting old and the discs don't go far enough into the drive, I know how to deal with that. But when it does read it, it starts making a really loud noise that quickly get louder and louder to the point that you can hear it in the next room with the doors closed. Usually at some point the discs will work with it making minimal noise and still reading it, but after putting in one game and it working on Christmas none of them have worked since then and it's been almost a week. What is the problem with my Xbox?
