Nintendo chief vows to rejuvenate profits in 2014 | Technology | theguardian.com

While Nintendo did post profits this year and their handheld system the Nintendo 3DS is doing good as well, their is the still the issue of the Wii U. Now, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has publicly stated that he promises to turnaround not only the system but the entire company as well and that Nintendo will have much better profits in 2014. Hopefully he can keep his word.

Of course their profits will "rejuvenate" in 2014, if the WIi U is the issue. Have you seen their 2014 line-up so far? Smash 4, Bayonetta 2, Super Mario 3D World, etc... a lot of great games and Smash is extremely popular and will sell a lot. Smash is also a killer app, so it will sell a lot of Wii U units!
