Hello!
I bought Magical Drop 3 and Blazing Star on the Xbox One, both part of the ACA NEOGEO lineup. Me and a friend tried, but we couldn't get the second player to start in both of them (both game have 2-player support). The second pad (while signed in) does nothin (no insert coin, no start, only the Xbox-Button works). We use to original Xbox One controllers and didnt' have any issues like this in any other regular 2-player title for the Xbox. The first pad works perfectly fine.
We also reset the settings to factory settings and took a look at the button settings for player 2, but everything looks fine and should work.
