I believe everything is correct on this website since it is Xbox's. Seems like a lot of rumors were not true such as the upgrade in RAM since it's still 8GB. Still not sure about the other rumors like included headset, and possible return of family share though. The accessories include a Xbox One chat headset, but I'm not sure if it's included or not. Who knows, maybe the information can change overtime.
