Xbox One Sunset Overdrive Does Not Require A Internet Connection

Sunset Overdrive, the open world Xbox One exclusive from Insomniac Games, will not require an internet connection, though the studio stresses its cloud-based features are going to be worthwhile.

In an interview with Game Informer, Insomniac’s Ted Price explained that while the cloud offers many benefits, the single-player game won’t make use of it.

I am all for a "cloud-based" game. It means you can play anytime, anywhere. I don't know why this isn't automatically an option with most games these days.
