This website should have an app!

I read a lot of threads on this website and it would be much easier just to have an app, there is no real app for gamers ( unless i missed one ) Would they ever consider creating an app ?
 
Ah you catch my drift :)
And notifications when somebody replies to your thread.
We might be on to something :)
 
I agree, it would definitely be nice if this site had some form of a mobile layout. I know it's not common for most forums but I do know of a few and I have to say that having a website optimized for mobile browsing is great and this forum would really benefit from it. Also like you said, it would be nice if there was an app for the forum and it allowed you to be notified of any notifications you received similar to a text message alert.
 
That would be cool and hopefully they will implement that sometimes. I would definitely download it.
 
We do! For the threads, you can subscribe to a thread and you'll get a notification when its updated. As far as a mobile app we have a forumrunner, tapatalk which is free now, and a mobile style that can be accessed at the bottom of the forum by using the style drop down. Hope that helps.
 
tapatalk app works great and has notifications.
 
Despite it being a great idea, Apps are REALLY hard to make. I mean, easy ones are easy to code but if you want a decent one then you would need a team of specialists and coders. Not only that but you need a designer for the app and such.

Honestly, I don't see it working out.
 
Does this forums works with apps such as Tapatalk? It's a really great app for forum browsing on mobile devices, I've been using it for months now. I'll have to try using it on this forums.
 
Can confirm, tapatalk DOES work on this forum. It works for nearly all forums actually.. But id much prefer an official app with built in features like what was stated above.
