Xbox 360 Update Failed: Can't process update

I have tryed all mothods but none of them worked. There is a system update available from xbox live. To connect to xbox live i must download that update so I chose "apply the update now". First I saw the first stage where title "Update in process" showed up and that was a sucess, then it showed "Downloading update from xbox live" and then a very short blink of a title "Prepairing update" showed up and then it failed to process the update. And a status code: 4467 - 4497 - 1781 - 0300 - C800 - 0036
