I have an external 4 TB hard drive plugged in via the USB port on my base Xbox One at my Parents', but the console isn't picking it up, the internal 500 Gig hard drive only has about 43 Gig left after I deleted a few bits this afternoon, and there's some games coming out soon to install both physical and on Game Pass.
Can anyone suggest how to fix this? It's a Seagate external, bought on Amazon last year for £84.
