Interesting, maybe they are rolling them out already? Either way I still believe the charge kit it crazy and there should be a headset packed in.

Looks very neat, I like the general design of all of them. The headset is perhaps a bit minimalist and I fear that the quality won't be great, but as long as they let me use my USB headset I will be happy. The D pad also seems to be improved over the 360 version, which was probably the biggest downside of the 360 pad. Overall it looks promising.
