Since December Steelmind has been with us engaging in the community and helping us become one of the best growing Xbox communities on the net. And their aren't many of them. He has been absolutely great and selflessly helps out people in the community and making everyone welcomed. So its obvious this is the next step and when he asked it was a no brainier.
