What do you think about little kids being on Xbox Live?

I have some friends that complain a lot about kids who are less than 12-13 old, on live, who tend to swear a lot. I've encountered a few myself...what about you guys?

Man... some of the kids that are on the xbox are funny LMAO then there are some that are just annoying and scream and shizz like that that just get the mute
