Xbox 360 Worth getting, or just a cash-in?

I'm going to start out by saying that I'm not the earth's biggest Black Eyed Peas fan - I like them well enough to listen to them on the radio, but not enough to actually buy any of their music or go see them live. As such, do you think this game is worth getting? I love dancing, and can't deny that the Peas have a lot of catchy tracks that are great for shaking along to, but is the game itself actually any good? Or is it just a band cashing in on the popularity of dance games?

Hmm i may have a bias opinion on this one because i don't really enjoy any games involving the kinect; but it looks like another Dance Central recreation. If you like to dance with your kinect it may be a great, fun game to play though! Depends on how much you like the Black Eyed Peas as well; if you aren't a big fan then maybe you would want to go with a dancing game that includes a more broad range of music

I think that unless you are a really big fan of the black eyed peas you will get a little bored of the same songs over and over after a while, you should really go check out Kinect Star Wars, it has a dance part to it and they also changed the lyrics of the songs to Star Wars parodies and I couldn't laughing to some of the songs you also get to dance as Darth Vader, Han Solo, and other too, it's really fun and if you ever get bored of dancing you can always change to some online pod racing for fun! I'd suggest looking into that game unless you already have it or don't like star wars.

That. Sounds. Awesome. I had no idea there was dancing in Kinect Star Wars…I assumed it was all lightsaber fighting. I will definitely see if I can pick it up cheap anywhere, as I’m on a tight budget at the moment. I’ll probably skip the Peas I think - you’re right that I’d get bored of doing the same songs, especially as I don’t really know their back catalogue, only the singles that come out on the radio. Definitely just a cash in. I would save your money for something actually worth an ounce of your time. Mr will i am does not need the extra revenue.
