Xbox 360 Xbox 360 Main Menu is... empty?

This is my Xbox 360 main menu currently. There's no advertisement or app icon is shown somehow. Please check the below image.

A few years ago, my main menu looked like this. But now, it's empty

Can I bring back those ad/icons?
