I have been trying to connect my xbox live profile to xbox live through an existing Microsoft account email address and an error pops up saying:
"That email and password didn't work. Try again, or use your app password if you set up two-step verification. Visit xbox.com/forgot for help.
Code: 8015D002"
I have tried selecting one of the options: "Can't access your account?" And I get redirected to a page that says "Can't connect to the website"
Any ideas?
