So is Xbox One coming with a headset or not?

I just tried to look up the answer but after reading this article it's really ambiguous.

Basically, it's been said that there won't be a headset included with the Xbox One, then a distributor in the UK said there will be, whose statement was redacted. I just want an answer.

Currently, there is no confirmation of a headset included yet, we just have to wait and see. im going to think the cheap black one with xb1 writen on it that looks like the 360 boxed headset will be packaged with or cheap enough that it wouldnt matter much.
