Xbox One Live Thread

So with the new Xbox 1 on its way and we've already heard about new features coming to Live, I thought its probably best to have a Live thread devoted to the Xbox One. How will the Xbox One integrate into Xbox Live and so on. Any features that the One will do in combo with Live that goes beyond the Xbox 360? All speculation and verified information should go here!

The only question that is bothering me right now is if the Xbox One and the Xbox 360 will share the same network and if we will be able to talk between them, or if they are going to be completely separated.
