I logged into my Microsoft account to cancel Xbox Gold but I can't find my active subscription. It should definitely be there because I haven't canceled it and it's still active, but when I navigate to Services & Subscriptions and click on Xbox Live Gold, it doesn't show any active subscriptions - all it shows is the subscription from a month ago that I cancelled, with "renew" next to it.(pictured below)
Xbox Live is definitely still working. I checked a few minutes ago, but I want to cancel it before it charges me for another month. And I definitely haven't disabled the monthly charge option, although that was something I was planning on doing.
