Xbox 360 Cant download the update to test your connection. Im using wired internet and it will not connect to Xbox live.

I bought a used Xbox 360 and cant access Xbox live Status Code : 4451 - 0000 - 0800 - 0300 - 8007 - 0070 I'm using wired internet connection but cant sign in with my current Xbox account because it says it needs to download update but the update doesnt happen. So I cant/ I tested the connection and network and internet are good it just doesnt connect to Xbox Live Connection
