Xbox One Controller upward drifting of the right joystick

Every xbox one controller I have had ends up with an upward drifting of the right joystick. Has anyone had this problem and what did you do to fix it?

This has not happened to me, but I had controllers wear out on me over the years. It sounds like you get a recurring same result of wearing out probably due to how you handle the controller. There are some videos out there showing how to address stick shift issues, but you may have to take the controller apart and get any dust and grime out of it.
